Kastel delivers an irresistible taste of top quality, while simultaneously shattering prejudices about high prices for true enjoyment. For exactly that reason, the accompanying slogan "Kastel beer - Beer Just Right" naturally suggested itself.

Can, 0.5l. Clear dark golden pour, two finger soapy white head, medium retention, broken lacing on the glass. Sweet on the nose, grassy, floral, mild hop notes in the background.

Light body, soft to medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, lightweight, slightly watery. Easily drinkable. Sweet malty taste balanced with mild bitterness in the background. Aroma of malt, grains, grassy hops. Light bready, mild spice. Floral. Corn notes in the aftertaste. Bitterness slowly building in the background. Short to medium lasting finish, slightly dry, mild lingering bitterness.

Decent macro.

15/8/2024. Can from Crvena jabuka gastro market Marindvor. Sarajevo. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, sweet malts, tinny, citrus, grass, cardboard. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Not the worst.
