Sample thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! Clear golden colour, bubbly white foam head that gradually dissipates away and aroma of ripe apple, fruity, juicy. Taste is sweet, apple, ripe, cooking apple, fruity, sugary, with some tart acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite OK.

75cl bottle from REWE, Frankfurt. A bit nicer than last time but still a fair amount of sugary cassonade.

7th Dec 2023: 75cl bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent (RIP). Pours a clear gold, aroma of musty caramelised apple fruit. Taste delivers stewed apple, sweet doux-like caramelisation, grape schloer, very mild carbonation, juicy and light bodied. Ok.

Deutliche Sektnoten in der Nase. Geschmacklich etwas weniger präsent. Apfelnoten bei weitem nicht so stark wie beim milden Heil Bio Cidre. Wenn überhaupt wurde nur sehr wenig purer Apfelsaft dem Cidre beigefügt. Säuerliche und süße Noten sind ganz gut im Gleichgewicht. Hefenoten nur sehr dezent - so mag ich das, schließlich ist das kein Weißbier. Milde Kräuternoten - als ob man zuvor Maibowle getrunken hätte. Im Glas und der Flasche sprudelt es deutlich, beim Trinken ist es aber recht kohlensäurearm. Wirkt ein bisschen „abgekocht“, könnte etwas mehr Oomph vertragen. Ein bisschen intensiver, ein bisschen frisch fruchtiger, ein bisschen dichter und alkoholiger. Trotzdem gut trinkbar. Und dass das Bio ist und trotzdem nicht unbezahlbar, finde ich sehr positiv.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, golden with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity aroma of ripe apples, some walnut and traces of honey. Quite sweet, a little sourish, quite fruity taste of ripe apples, some honey and hints of walnut, followed by a short, minimally tart, just slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid, just rather sweet for a dry one.

Pale clear golden, no head. Natural unfiltered apple juice, Apfelschorle, lemon, some honey, some floral notes, dry young white wine. Fruity sourness with a sweet hint. Light bodied, watery texture, low carbonated, dry sour finish. Quite nice and thirst quenching.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass. [ As Heil Bio Cidre Trocken ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, red - green apples, apple skin, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apple skin, green apples, red apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20170930] 6-2-6-3-12

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, sugar, lactose acid and has a nice sour citric finish.
