28/8/2019. Can on board the virgin train from Euston to Glasgow. Pours clear bright pale gold with a small white short lasting head. Aroma of green apples, light sulphur and tannins. Light sweetness and moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, very fizzy carbonation. Quite a dry tart finish. Not bad.

From tap. Pours clear and pale yellow. White head. Aroma is zesty apples. Crisp fruity. Lingering juicy, dey, slight scrumpy. Medium dry, juicy finish.

Tap @Drugie Dno in Warsaw. Clear practically transparent pale golden color with some bubbles as a foam. Nose: macerated and fermented apples, cellar. Mouth: Spumante, sweet cider with a good clean character.
