Hazy orange pour, with a medium off white head. Sweet, and tart aroma. Some floral honey, peaches, lemon zest, and some apricots. Not sure id categorize this as a saison, i find its lacking some crisp body, and effervescence. The mouth feel feels heavy, and muddled with a soft carb. The finish is tart in a lactic kind of way, more fruit, wet hay, and some low bitterness. Interesting beer, not at all what i was expecting.

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5%. Golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of spicy saison yeast, lactic acid, farmhouse, honey and herbal hops, a hint of lemon. Spicy and slightly sour flavour with a hint of lemon, a hint of honey but not really sweet, moderate herbal hops.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Lys ferskenfarget. Uklar. Høyt skum som faller raskt sammen. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken papir med spor av søtt krydder. Veldig mye kullsyre.

375ml bottle picked up at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A misty golden body under an airy white head. Not much lacing. Discreet yeasty saison fruity nose. Mid-tart orange fruity flavours with yeasty support. Medium bodied. Soft in the mouth. Satisfying. (Tromsø 11.02.2018).
