Bottle shared at Leighton's place 20/06/2018. Many thanks. A jet black coloured pour with a halo tan head. Aroma is oily black sugars, liquorice, marshmallow, vanilla, marshamllow. Flavour is composed of oily, woody vanilla, praline, woody, . Woody praline. Palate is woody, sugary, oily, moderate carbontion.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Kenny. Pours deep brown with a foamy, tan head. Soft aroma, some burnt brown bread, torched caramel, cocoa. Medium sweet flavour with notes of butterscotch and burnt toffee, creamy chocolate, mild vanilla. Full bodied, oily and lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, more chocolate, burnt toffee. Great stuff.

Bottle thanks to Ken. It pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, oily, umami, liquorice, dark chocolate, rocky road and spice. The taste is slick, sweet, chewy, oily, rocky road, tannin, burnt spice, vanilla, candy, fruit cake, candied cherry, earth and warming alcohol through the finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Intense.

Bodney towers bottleshare. Opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. Smooth palate, slightly soft, modest fine carbonation. Smooth dark chocolate, trace of milk chocolate. Tangy dark fruits. More mellow chocolate on the back end. Little spice. Easy going Impy.
