[ As Norfolk Brewhouse Moon Gazer Amber Ale ].Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel. Clear nutty color with a thick off white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Semi dry ending. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Bready, herbal and mild citric flavor. Decent session able beer.

500ml bottle from East of England Co-Op Foodstore, shared on the train from Norwich to Ipswich and Chelmsford. Clear amber-gold body. Low white head. Mid-dry aroma of toffee added by citric hints. Mild taste character of almond and caramel malts. Ends dry with a malt-fruity touch. Easy going (18.02.2017).
