Missing our industry friends from afar more each day, we did our best to bring a some of the English drinking experience to us. Marking our first use of nitrogen in cans, simple and pure flavors of malt, hops, yeast, and water are threaded together through a mouthfeel that is as close to Leeds as we can be – for now.

Tavour: nitro can: pours ugly brown with nice creamy head. Aroma is earthy and toffee. Low bitterness. Mellow rounded sweetness. Smooth nitro body. Not a great beer but a change of pace.

Pours a really hazy, caramel color, with big, thick head (as one would expect). Aroma is bread, some roasted grain. Flavors follow. Mouthfeel fairly clean and crisp.

16oz can from Tavour. Didn't care for it - a style that is just not my fav. Probably much better from a keg/nitro vs. nitro can

16oz can from Tavour. Murky amber pour, fine silky head that lasts a while. Aroma is malty, honey. Taste is sweet, malty, honey. A bit sweet for the style, but the malty base is spot on.

Tip Tap nitro, 5/29/25.
As pictured.
Nice malt in the nose with honey, bread and easygoing but fairly fragrant, hops. Mineral and soft fruits linger, with more honey-like malt and a very good overall presentation and cleanliness.
Malty and rich with zesty herbal/spicy hop. Fruity, with honey, bread, touch of caramel and light berry. Excellent body and attenuation breaking through the wateriness of the nitro. Very flavorful for its size!

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy somewhat brown with a moderate creamy white head that persisted. Med body. Smooth and creamy. Malt is somewhat toffee. Hop is floral. An interesting facsimile of a cask bitter.

4 oz draft. Aroma of soft malt and Ale yeast. Flavor and texture are super smooth from the Nitro pour. Soft bready malt and yeast.

English pint at the brewery pours a creamy, dark gold with a cap of thick, creamy head. Nose has grist, yeast, treacle. Flavor is honey and malt and yeasty dough. Some orange honey. Creamy finish. Easy drinker. Refreshing. 6 5 6 5 13
