Sweet heavy, thick brown sugar. Heavy. Vanilla coffee, not unlike bcbs coffee. Good

Roast and caramel. A hint of marshmallow. Some booze. Oily consistency. Some coffee. Dark chocolate. Sweet and boozy end. Bottle.

Bottle from Transient shared at Black Out Friday. Pitch black pour with a finger of brown head that lingers. Dark chocolate, wood and bourbon aromas. Quite a bit of green pepper on the palate. Bitter, green pepper and lingering bourbon on the finish. Was not a fan of this vintage.

2019 bottle shared. Thanks Jon! Insanely inviting fudge forward nose with maple and bourbon and vanilla notes. Smooth, thick and great mouthfeel. More of the same flavors on the palate. A Michigan classic.
