Bottle. Hazy yellow in colour, with a short-lived white head. Aroma of floral hops, grainy malts and stone fruits. Flavour had white bread, tangerine and apricot fruits, a slight spiciness and dryish finish. Good.

bottle cloudy yellow, fluffy white head. flowery and fairly clean aroma, not that intense on spices, tea, lemongrass, citrus. flavor is quite dry and quite hoppy bitter, with saison yeasty notes, also some somewhat strange herbal bitterness that might be hops but appear out of place. I didn't really notice the low ABV on the bottle before now, perhaps some of the strangeness is bc the abv is a bit lower than your usual saison. some of the tastes are a bit similar to what you might find in a low alc or non alc beer.

Bottle from Rehills of Jesmond. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Thin lace head. Nose - fresh grapefruit. Light funk. Taste - not so much of the grapefruit - more of the pith. Palate - light bodied but extremely tight and concentrated. Lean dry finish. Overall - good but nose better than taste.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, lemon. Taste is dry and a little watery. Some white pepper, doesn't quite live up to the nose.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Beer Hawk. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy, pure white head. The nose holds dry saison yeast, some pithy grapefruit, straw, minerals, lemon rind. Light sweet flavour, somewhat dry, with notes of wheat, more pithy grapefruit, lemon rind, dried hay, biscuits. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean and dry on the finish, with more flaked wheat, melon and lime, more pithy grapefruit, mild bitter lemon peel, restrained saison yeast character. Overall, good fun.
