A bright and spritzy refresher brewed with tart cherry and exotic citrus fruit, this beer is light on the palate and dry on the finish. Bursting with bold citrus notes and the subtle complexity of tart cherry, Frankie would be delighted to accompany you on all your summer adventures.

Draft at On Tap Bar & Grill, Essex Junction, VT on 07/10/2022.
Appearance: orange to red semi-cloudiness with a slim bar pour's kind of head which dissolved fairly quick and barely left any lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy to dark berries and some cherry sweetness; light sweet wheaty malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a semi-sweet to light tart and a touch of funky toned sweetness; finishes more towards the mixed citrusy and dark berry quality
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also seemed a little bit spritzy - higher carb than expected but I think that's what ZG was going for
Overall: I liked the aromas and flavor but I wasn't entirely a fan of the higher carb on this - almost seemed like a borderline seltzer, hmmmm...?

Can at home in Hackney - picked up in the US. Pours lightly hazed pink-orange with a slim, creamy white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with pleasant zesty citrus character, some supportive pale bready malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more refreshing citrus notes, a little oily peel, pale bread, slight zest. Enjoyable.

5 oz draft, Thirsty Moose, Exeter. Aroma of cherry and mild Peach. Flavor is really mild notes of cherry, grapefruit, underripe orange. Thinner body. At best it is ok.

On tap at River Road Tavern Dark gold color with a hint of orange and a thin bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Light cherry and a hint more citrus with a slight metallic taste. I would have liked more cherry presence.
