Sampled from tap at Van Moll Fest 2018. Hazy, reddish amber with a white head. Sweetish, sourish, moderately fruity and gently yeasty-spicy aroma of raspberry, clove and some hay. Slightly sweet, gently sourish, quite yeasty-spicy and moderately fruity taste of raspberry, clove, rose hip, some rhubarb and a touch of hay, followed by a short, moderately tart, fairly yeasty-spicy and gently dry finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Sampled @ Van Moll Fest 2018. Light orange-pink to dark to light amber color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste both are very fruity, red fruit, cherry or raspberry, candy sweetness. Ok. 7-3-7-3-14.

I fell utterly in love with SO-1 & I am always looking for new Oedipus beers so I got a bit too excited about this one even though they are totally different beers and there was no logic to my thinking, so yeah this one rather disappointed. Draft glass @ Proeflokaal Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Got a pinkish orange beer, creamy white head. Nose is surprisingly watery, dirty, spoiled, I get more almost fake cherry than raspberry,… Taste is more watery spoiled yoghurt cherry, iron, more dirty cherry jam than raspberry with me, soapy, rotting candy, weak bodied,… Rather weak in all accounts, the fruit, the sour profile, whatever attempt at saison there is here, too bad, not a success.

Draft @ the source. Hazy red-pink color. Dense pinkish head with short retention. Aroma's: nicely fruity, raspberries, light sour, lactic. Retronasal: sourish, raspberries, light lactic. Flavor is moderate sour, fruity. Light medium bodied. Short finish, slightly tart, fruity.

7 3 7 3 15Draft at Oedipus, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Very hazy red orange with a white head. Aroma of red fruits, light funk and floral notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate sour. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Tap at Oedipus. Hazy dull pink with bubbly off white head. Roosvicee, cooked raspberries, quite yeasty, light milky, creamy malts, soft hay. Medium sweet, light bitter and a hint of tart berries. Medium bodied. Not a huge fan of these cooked raspberry notes, but quite nice overall.
