Poured from 355mL bottle. Clear, medium golden yellow with full white head. Aroma of caramel and biscuit malt with subtle hops. Taste is more of a grainy biscuit malt with little else coming through.

330 mml bottle tasted the 30/09/2014. Pale amber colour with a small head. Taste of malts and caramel. Aftertaste is soft and waterly; carbonation is medium. Easy to drink. Nothing special. Next one please!

Bottle from the Beer Store. Pours a clear amber with small white head that is quickly gone. Aroma is mostly toasted malt with a bit of citrus. Sweet with little sign of bitterness. Body on the light side of medium and a bit thin with soft carbonation. Not bad but not memorable either.

Smells a little tinny at first, which is odd considering it comes from a bottle. Later a honey malt aroma takes over. Taste is a little bitter, but body is pretty light. Bottle from lcbo

6-pack from The Beer Store. Pours a slightly hazy golden-amber colour with a little head that vanishes fast enough, leaving a nice creamy lace and top to the brew. Peach-apricot aromas with notes of fresh hop. Crisp mouthfeel that is refreshing with the beautiful hop coming out in the finish. The rest is malty with a touch of caramel. I was quite surprised by this one, with the nice hop used in it. One of the better amber beers from Ontario.

This ale poured a light yellow colour with a fast living, rocky head. To the nose there are scents of corn, stew, bread and a tiny amount of hopp cereal scent? First sip was smooth and watery witha little stew flavour at first. Thats right, beef stew. I dunno either. Watered off to malty bread flavour and was left at that.
