Pour from a 12oz can is slightly hazy pale. Slight metallic nose, perhaps a tad of wild olfactory. First taste is almost puckering tart, pure gose, no flavors added. Nice bite on the tongue. Good level of co2 adds to the sizzling cutting palate. Tart and refreshing, just maybe some salt, not sure. Lacking the processed character so common in domestic gose. Comes across more like a wild brew than a gose, JMHO. Either way this is purty good stuff and I like it. Finishes with a tart tongue and a tangy impression, leaves you wanting more.

Opaque yellow color with a sour acidic aroma. Taste is a nice balance of salty acidity and tartness with a slightly sweet flavor at the finish.

Hazy gold body small foamy white head. Tart salty aroma. Tart salty fruity flavor. Medium body moderately low carbonation. 7/3/7/3/15 3.4
