Level 42 bottleshare, Thanks to Matteo for the can. Santa is flying past below! Hazy gold beer, patchy thin white head. Palate is light, dry and has reasonable carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. A modestly sour generic fruitiness. Pinch of sherbet. Light dry finish. Not bad.

Can at level 42, thanks to Matteo. It pours cloudy golden with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, funky, creamy, apricot, orange creamsicle and pineapple. The taste is crisp, tart, funk, lemon sherbet, grapefruit, tart green apple skin, juicy orange, pineapple and some acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Tangy, farty and juicy. Drinks mighty well to me. Another good sour from these guys.

Can shared in London - thanks to Matteo. Pours unclear gold with a slim, white head. Woods notes in the nose, hay, pine needles. Light sweet flavour with slight, slight minerality. Further woody dryness, lemon peel. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Drying finish with further flinty notes, rindy citrus, more pine needles. So so.
