This collaboration brew is brewed with Kirkstall Brewing. It is a strong Oatmeal IPA. The oats give the IPA a velvet smoothness. It is hopped with loads of fruity European aroma hops and on top we added spicy lemongrass.

Bottle at home. Aroma is citrus, orange, soft herbal lemongrass notes, mild hoppy, light malts. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. Enjoyable herbal-ish IPA, some nice citrus notes.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus fruits, straw, hops, and a bit of spice, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow color, medium sized white head. Aroma is malts, firmly hoppy with a nice resinous touch, oatmeal. Taste malts, hops, again lightly resinous and -I guess- some lemongrass in the distance, but I don’t really get that too strongly. Just in the background. The oatmeal is there for sure though, mainly in the aroma. Medium body and carbonation. Quite pleasant. -- Update: after a while I get more and more resinous hops so I upgraded aroma and taste 8 to 9 and overall 16 to 17 to go from 3.8 to 4.1. Very nice!

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth, fairly dry and has good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts with a thin creamy sweetness. A light hop skunky note. Modest floral lemon, a mellow floral bitterness. Smooth semi dry finish. Not too bad.
