This collaboration brew is brewed with Kirkstall Brewing. It is a strong Oatmeal IPA. The oats give the IPA a velvet smoothness. It is hopped with loads of fruity European aroma hops and on top we added spicy lemongrass.

33cl Bottle from Jopen Proeflokaal Waarderpolder. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of herbal hops, pine - ish, light malty, hint of citrus. Flavour is likewise, firm new European hop - bitterness. Light bodied. Needs a lot more lemongrass, it’s in homeopathic quantities now.

0.33 l bottle at ’Jopenkerk’ (Hoofddorp), bottled in June 2016. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fruity and a little herbal aroma of mango, orange and some hints of lemongrass. Sweetish, fruity and a little herbal taste of lemongrass, pineapple, mango, some honey and a bit of passion fruit, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy-herbal finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Tasty and refreshing!
