Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Hazy amber color with compact head. The aroma is a bit dusty; the flavor is mostly caramel, with a dry mouthfeel, and some grainy malts; strong hopping, but the hop qualities are not bright; grassy and resiny.
A good beer, but in 2014 something more is expected.

On tap. Pours an orange amber with light head. Aromas of citrus, pine and light malts. Flavors of pine and pineapple. Nice, but nothing very distinctive from many other IPAs.

(tap) bright medium amber colour with a small tan head; peculiar aroma - citrus and something that reminds me of fresh crushed weeds/herbs of some sort; mostly dry flavour with a long medium bitter finish

On draught. Restrained but balanced floral and citrus hops. Clear deep orange with full white head that laces down the glass. Hop flavor is balanced towards pine with citrus support. Moderate high bitterness. Moderate low biscuit malt. This is an IPA that is restrained and reigned in - but pretty nice!

Draft - Earthy hops, grapefruit and nice malt backbone. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Up front bitterness, makes my nose tickle....Fruity and caramel follow. The beer is good, but that punch of bitter up front it is a bit overwhelming. RAW and UNFILTERED - So much better with a nice balance nod none of the harsh bitterness in the regular. Will adjust for this version.
