Happy Days is brewed with Vic Secret, Hull Melon, Equinox, Cascade and Mosaic. Melon, passion-fruit, mango & orange hop characteristics are at the forefront here with a restrained malt background. it has a soft mouth feel with a smooth finish. Everything you want from a Pale Ale at a sessionable 4.1% ABV.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear yellow. Fruity hops, citric, a bit oniony, a bit of sweetish malt, bitter finish.

Can from Unorthodox. High carbonation, well attenuated. Malt in the backbone, clean crystal, otherwise hops centered, standard tropical citrusy fare. Very easy drinking, the definition of a great sessionable IPA. Very good.

Hazy golden colour with fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of fresh hops. Mostly tropical fruits. Low to medium bitterness. Really easy to drink.
