1980’s London; while most of my feline friends were tied up in dress rehearsals for a new musical (recently turned movie, I heard) I was busy dipping my paws in a new venture- the espresso martini. I of course took the recipe and have since put my own twist on it, aptly named the Espresso Mitztini- aged in American Whiskey barrels with rich notes of smooth milk chocolate, creamy vanilla, dark roasted coffee, and a hint of almond biscotti.
