This German-Style Pilsner was brewed with the best European Pilsner Malt, and a beautiful crop of Hallertau Mittelfruh. It was fermented cold, and conditioned for 8 weeks. Natural Carbonation lends a thick and creamy lasting foam to this very special crispy beer. We get notes of jasmine flowers, white tea, lemon verbena, and a pleasing mineralogy on the snappy finish.

Brewery draught, 8/16/25.
Clear, bright brass-blonde. Full, white head with good retention.
Wow, that is like 75% or more yeast in the nose with only minimal rustic grain and light herbal hop. Big wet limestone or granite or something mineralesque-like that (my girlfriend said it wasn't musty/cellar/plaster). Lemon, herbs and rustic grains finish it out. Clean, snappy.
A touch light in body is my only gripe here. Even at 4.8% it doesn't quite have the rich, honey-like oomph to the malt that I want in any pils. That said, this isn't thin and it's clean and crisp on the finish, not overhopped and still provides lots of interesting mineral-heavy yeast character throughout.

16 oz can. Flavor is focused around lemon, bready malt moving to a honey like finish. Soft floral bitterness with a refreshing crispness. Another well made brew from New Park. Note: My 500th beer from the state of Connecticut!
