On tap at Matanuska - Anchorage, pours a hazy dark amber orange with a medium pink-tinged head. Aroma brings out plenty of blueberries and some soft wheat. Flavour is sweet and fruity, with plenty of blueberry juice and moderate sweetness. It's not very beery, but like alcoholic blueberry juice. Fun I guess.

4 oz draft. Aroma is a lot of blueberry purée. The color even has a lightly pink hue. Plenty of blueberry flavor and a light Blonde ale body. Shows a lightly sweet finish.

Beautiful blue, violet and copper-tinted body with a nice, violet and blue head, only a centimetre or so tall, but looks very nice on top. Aroma of blueberries, light icing sugar, some soft malts, a dash of flowers and the smallest dose of alcohol, yeast and bread you could imagine. Light-bodied; Very sweet blueberry flavour at first with a lot of fruits noticeable along with a softer malt backbone and a dash of icing sugar, with a good malt backbone that is still easy-drinking, but provides a nice balance to the fruits and sweetness. Aftertaste shows the soft sugars, a lot of fresh blueberries, some lighter wheat and malt notes, but a crisp and slightly tart, soured quality that works well, especially with how light this is. Overall, this was very surprising on how good this was, especially in the [relative] summer heat here in Alaska - this was a welcome diversion and something that I would have again, especially in the heat! Great to sample, especially on a nice occasion! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Brown Jug in Fairbanks, Alaska on 24-June-2021 for US$2,19 sampled on the top of the Harding Icefield Trail at Kenai Fjords National Park with my daughter in celebration of my birthday on 30-June-2021.

Sampled from a can this beer poured a purple-salmon color with an enormous creamy pink head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet with strong blueberry and sugar. The flavor was sweet, tangy and a bit tart with strong blueberry and sugar. Medium length finish. Medium body.
