Like its four-legged namesake, this stout is strong, bold and rich in flavour, with a smooth creamy head for good measure. We even spread the love by feeding the spent grain from the brewing process to our own herd of Belted Galloway cattle.

Malts Marris Otter, Chocolate, Amber, Brown.

Hops Magnum Target.

Cask @ Baum. Rochdale. Dark reddish-brown with a creamy off-white head. Has washy roasted malts that linger with a floralness. I was told my pour was from the very end of the barrel.

Black with thin creamy head. Aroma has some dark roasted malts but is fairly mld. In the flavour there’s an intensity of burnt malts and cocoa. Smooth and easy to drink.
