Tasting at Andrey's, bottle, 4 years old
Black colour. Balanced dark brew, not too roasty, with dominant sour note, well integrated, but still I consider it unnecessary for stouts; touch of red wine and blackberries, a bit earthy.

Spannendes Bier. Erst zu kalt getrunken, da war es nur sauer, aber mit der Wärme entfaltet es seine vollen Aromen. Rotwein, dann Schokolade, im Abgang röstig, bitter.

Bottle at Craigs, small creamy brown head, opaque black color, woody aroma with lots of funk amd a hint of vinegar, bready flavor with a mellow strong piercing vinegar sourness. Really nice and enjoyable, though probably infected.
