Clear golden, off white head. Smells of vanilla. Tastes pretty much like a vanilla wheat beer. Tingle feel, light body. Maybe could use a little more of something beyond the vanilla and wheat, but I’m not mad at it. Got what I was expecting.

Crisp, ever so slightly hazy golden coloured body with absolutely no head at all. Aroma of wheat, pungent metal and medicinal scents and a touch of vanilla and oak, but not much of anything else or anything too pungent. Light-bodied; Deep super strong flavour of vanilla, almost too pungent, like a custard or cream, with a touch of malt (with no real wheat detected), some grasses and dry oak, but the vanilla and caster sugar sweetness come out more than anything else. Aftertaste is perhaps a tad too vanilla-centric with a lot of sweetness and vanilla/oak flavours and not much of anything else. Overall, an interesting beer, although pretty much what I expected, which is sad to say, not a great beer - good if you like light-bodied, easy-drinking beers with a TON of vanilla notes! I sampled this stubby-ish twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 02-October-2016 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington, in front of the store on 15-June-2017. ’Best By: 24-December-2016 on label’.

From tap. Hazy yellow golden color with off white head. Malty aroma, sweet, vanilla, wheat, fruity. Sweet taste. Light thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

Sample at MBCC 2017. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of vanilla, wheat, fruit and some yeast. The finish was sweetish.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Blue Session. Fast klare goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch ist süß malzig, Honig, viel Vanille. Geschmack ist süß malzig, viel Vanille, ansonsten ziemlich flach.

Tap @MBCC2017, Blue Session. Clear golden, small white head. Vanilla aroma, light citrus. Sweetish vanilla flavour, light malt. A little on the thin side.

Best by July 17th. Hazy orange, an " of foam. Vanilla, wheat, light citrus smell. Big vanilla taste, sweet notes from the vanilla and maybe honey. Really low level of bitterness. Nice use of vanilla, me thinks.
