Bottle picked up at the source and shared at Chriso’s Xmas Tasting 2015. It pours hazy deep orange with a medium white head. The nose is sweet, oily, candied peel, dried apricot, icing sugar, mild spice and stewed orange. The taste is smooth, bitter, bitter - sweet, grass, green banana, spiced notes, straw, cereal, white bread and a touch of alcohol. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Good balance and decent overall drinking experience.

Bottle split at the Chriso pre Xmas tasting, 06/12/15, #126/350. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is plastic, apricot, straw, jammy citrics but too much of a plastic linger. Taste comprises sweet and sour vibes, peach melba, straw, apricot jam, light sour fruit edge, trace of yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if a touch overly sweet ... could have been a lot better if it wasnt for the plastic on the nose.

Bottle shared at the chriso and Ruth pre-Christmas/post-Pigs Ear holiday tasting of 2015 - London. Cheers, Paul. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, white head. Floral notes in the nose, some wheat and tangy lemon. Light to medium sweet flavor with sugary wheat bread, esters, lemony tang. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary finish with notes of melon, lemon, yeast and wheat. Tasty, if fairly simplistic.

750ml bottle, thanks Basisti Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of tart apples, fruits, yeast and earthy notes. Taste is tartish with loads of apples, berries, yeast and stuffy notes. Finish is smooth and slightly stuffy with some berries, apples and fruits. Okay.
