A bright golden ale brewed with Maris otter, lager malt and wheat, a balanced body with a slight sweetness is then blasted with magnum, centennial and amarillo hops, giving layers of citrus and lemon, big fruity long-lasting finish, just the job after a 100 mile ride.

31/5/2024. From cask at the 37th Colchester Real Ale and Cider Festival. Pours almost clear golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, zesty, citrus, malt, yeast, hint of chalk. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Soft carbonation. Quite fine.

Cask at Barbridge, Stourbridge. Pours dark gold with a small head. Aroma is straw and light mango. Taste has straw to start. Yeasty mango hop oil finish.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Fixed Wheel Century Gold ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, dusty malt - dry malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, sugary, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161015] 7-3-7-3-14

Clear golden color with a small white layer on top. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Malty, mild fruity and herbal/grassy flavor.

Cask at Birmingham Beer Festival 2016; clear golden yellow pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has citrus and hints of pine, taste has crisp citrus, sweet malts quite refreshing.

Cask @ The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours gold, white head. Aroma is lemon, floral. Taste is soft lemon curd, some floral follow-up notes, but it’s mainly about the lemon curd. Very nice.

Tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a clear blonde with a thin white head. The aroma is creamy yeast, light floral aromatic hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light watery malty, light fruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Fra fat på Babington Arms i Derby 16 Feb 16. Delt med Rune. Varm gylden guloransj. Bra sitrusaroma. Smaken tørr appelsin. Syrlig bitter etter hvert.
