[ As Nya Carnegiebryggeriet Hingstin Stout ].Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark roasted, dark malt, light hay, light burnt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, light hay, light smoked. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draught at Nya Carnegie, the brewpub/restaurant, in Stockholm, on March 18, 2017.As "Hingstin Eko Stout", figure it is here it belongs.Black color, big lasting tan head. Roasted, malty, mineral, wet stones, dry taste. Medium though fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Roasted, mineral aftertaste. Roasted, mineral, a bit charred scent.
