Judged hiked a 4K peak and as always I stop for supplies after and saw this serendipitous brew. I always grab available mild ales as well. Deep amber and frothy head. Nose is light caramel and toast. Tastes of sourdough toast, caramel, malt, earth. Palate is bit too lively for style. Seems more like and amber ale but has some mild qualities. It’s quite delicious regardless

Can with a stamp of “Live on the Mild Side”. Light brown color. Aroma shows me toasted grain, nuts, earth. Flavor has subtle yeast, baked grain, nuts, and some lingering earthy bitterness. Real good balance. For such a low gravity beer, quite good.

16 oz can from Bert's Slightly hazy deep copper color with a small but long lasting frothy off white head. Rich toasty bread and light caramel on the nose with a hint of earthy hop. Flavor follow the aroma quite well. Clean easy to drink toasty caramel beer, I like it!
