Bottle. A- Grains, bready, malty. A- Copper color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Caramel, malty, bread dough. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Drinks just fine, especially when it's as cold as ice.

4 oz. draft sample. I truly appreciate what infusion did by resuscitating a local piece of beer history. I traditional German style using the Reinheitsgebot. Dortmunder feel, Yeast, sweet grain, and wheat. Yeast has that lightly skunky aftertaste. Exactly as this style should be.
