Fruity, light and acidic beer. Passion fruit inspires joy, freshness and fun. Passiflora is one of the genera of the passion flower family and its fruit is passion fruit. Berliner Weisse is an acidic historical style recovered from Germany that is traditionally served with woodruff or raspberry syrup. We give it a touch of elegance with passion fruit.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish creamy head, cloudy palish lemon yellow color, feral onion shrubby aroma, feral passion fruit flavor with some unripe fruit behind, light mellow sourness. Nice and enjoyable.
