Appearance: burnt yellow to orange color, two finger white foamy head, mildly dissipated to leave some messy sticky lace
Aroma: citrusy hops mesh with saison-like grainy to grassy tones, mild clean malts
Flavor: mildly sweet, some grassy fresh character, mild citrusy aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, semi-dry and grassy to citrusy finish
Overall: odd for a saison but nothing bad or spectacular about this one, I think I could come back to this.

Had this at the source on tap. Not bad, certainly not IPA but has a lot of IPA influence in it. Quite rude for a saison, I would say the hops overrides any saison effects this has going for it.

Keg taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is lightly hazy light yellow with minimal sparkle, thin cap of white head with good retention and decent lacing. Aroma is a yeasty kind of funk like dirty clothes hamper. Taste as aroma with late fruit sweetness. Palate is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft-to-average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nice mix of sweet and a not unpleasant funk.

4 oz. draft at the brewery. Hazy golden appearance, proper carbonation level. Hops give off a fruity character in the aroma. Flavor of mild fruit, yeast center, herbal tones. Finish has peppery notes. Respectable brew with a subtle dry hopped twist to the style.

Sample at the source Hazy golden orange in color with a thin bubbly white head. Earthy lightly spicy with bits of honey bready maltiness to counter. Not horribly hoppy but pretty tasty just the same.
