Gravity cask/barrel at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm) - Hazy golden with a white head. White bread and hints of lime leaves in the aroma. Grassy taste with bread, lime leaves and a hint of lemon peel. Dry finish. Moreish and really nice.

Gold with a tall, frothy white head. Aroma a mix of fresh herbs and caramel with a faint orange peel twist. Taste is grainy bitter, faint metallic, faint peppery spice. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Long, crisp bitter finish. Good.

Medium, dense, lightly yellowish head over clear copperish golden beer. Quite malty, bit diary aroma, milkripe grain, toast, and some slightly toasted herbs, dry leaves. Quite bitter, fresh-hoppy with the toasting in the background. Again herbs, but these fresh. Light to medium bodied, medium to good carbonation, slick. Better than the Vollbier.

Zwanzger Hausbräu, frische Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Satt goldgelb, fast klar; sehr üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase leicht rustikales helles Malz mit leisen karamellig-toastigen Anklägen, ländlichen Zügen (Stallgeruch), ein wenig Butter und nicht zu knapper orangenfruchtiger Herbe - das klassische Kellerbier. - Antrunk kernig gerstig hellmalzig und trotz leiser Honignote kaum süß, dafür um so kräftiger gehopft mit pilstartig trockener, knackig hopfenwürziger Herbe. Milder rezent, schlank. Im Abgang aromatisch scharfe Hopfenbittere mit Orangenschale. Enorm langer Nachtrunk. - Klassisches, sehr stark gehopftes Kellerbier mit schönen ländlich-rustikalen Zügen, dabei sehr sauber und fast etwas asketisch in seiner kompromißlosen Bittere. Ähnelt sehr dem Zwanzger Vollbier. (10.11.2022.)

Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours reddish amber, clear, with medium sized white foam, moderate in amount. Aroma is malty, and a bit cereal and floral. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderate sweet, with good bitterness too, which persists elegantly in the final as well.
