50 cl bottle. Slightly hazy. Golden color.Medium to small white head. Orange , hay ,grains and butterscotch. Malt, grapefruit and some mineral flavor.Medium spruce bitterness. Medium to light sweetness.Average carbonation.Medium body.Long bitter finish.

Gravity cask/barrel at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm) - Hazy golden with a white head. White bread and hints of lime leaves in the aroma. Grassy taste with bread, lime leaves and a hint of lemon peel. Dry finish. Moreish and really nice.

Cask at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Hazy straw colour, small head. Bready nose with some spicy hops. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Soft spicy reasy malt, notes of mustard seeds. Minerally bitter finish

Cask at Zum Fransiscaner in Stockholm.
Big, semi lasting white head.
Opaque light golden color.
A bit calcium aroma followed by a light tropical fruitiness.
Nice balanced bitterness that gives big drinkabillity.

Gold with a tall, frothy white head. Aroma a mix of fresh herbs and caramel with a faint orange peel twist. Taste is grainy bitter, faint metallic, faint peppery spice. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Long, crisp bitter finish. Good.

Medium, dense, lightly yellowish head over clear copperish golden beer. Quite malty, bit diary aroma, milkripe grain, toast, and some slightly toasted herbs, dry leaves. Quite bitter, fresh-hoppy with the toasting in the background. Again herbs, but these fresh. Light to medium bodied, medium to good carbonation, slick. Better than the Vollbier.

Zwanzger Hausbräu, frische Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Satt goldgelb, fast klar; sehr üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase leicht rustikales helles Malz mit leisen karamellig-toastigen Anklägen, ländlichen Zügen (Stallgeruch), ein wenig Butter und nicht zu knapper orangenfruchtiger Herbe - das klassische Kellerbier. - Antrunk kernig gerstig hellmalzig und trotz leiser Honignote kaum süß, dafür um so kräftiger gehopft mit pilstartig trockener, knackig hopfenwürziger Herbe. Milder rezent, schlank. Im Abgang aromatisch scharfe Hopfenbittere mit Orangenschale. Enorm langer Nachtrunk. - Klassisches, sehr stark gehopftes Kellerbier mit schönen ländlich-rustikalen Zügen, dabei sehr sauber und fast etwas asketisch in seiner kompromißlosen Bittere. Ähnelt sehr dem Zwanzger Vollbier. (10.11.2022.)

Flaska från Landbierparadis. Gyllengul disig vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Doft av gräs, hö, jäst, bröd. Lätt, torr och krispig. Stilmässigt lik en pilsner, kanske inte lika besk som en nordtysk men inte långt ifrån. Riktigt trevlig.

Bottle. Golden color, hazy. Maltaroma with a hint of orange. Malty, medium bodied, with orange and soft floral notes in the flavor. Short aftertaste, Solid.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with small to average, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, bready malty aroma with hints of caramel, a touch of protein and fresh hay. Taste is minimally sweet, caramel malty, slightly bready, spicy and husky, a touch of protein and fresh hay, very cautious fruity hoppy overtones with an apricot touch; watery texture, minimally creamy palate.
