Can from Table and Vine, West Springfield. Cloudy dark yellow with thin head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong tart yeast, citrus, biscuit. Taste is strong dry, yeast, light bubblegum, funk. Frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Citrusy but dry yeast dominates. OK.

Undated can shared by tfontana on 11/1/25.
Very carbonated. Lightly hazy.
That actually smells like Dupont. Wax, pencil lead, black pepper and biscuity malts.
A bit more white pepper and clove than the nose suggests but not egregious. Still has a good Dupontish character. Great texture, good maltiness. Solid.

Craft Beer Junction bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton. Very hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, mildly sweet. Some aged dusty vibe. Modestly tart ripe citrus, a mild zing. Airy dry finish. Amusing.

Bottle shared in Bermondsey. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white topping. Lightly sweet with nice yeast expression, dried wheat bread, a little banana and citrus, light hay. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, nicely rounded. Tasty old-school saison.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention top hats and recedes leaving trailing sheets. Lemon, band-aid and funk aromas. Crisp with sour band-aid and rotting leaves upfront turning to bitter funky pith in the lasting finish. Improves slightly as it warms.
