4 oz. draft at Extreme Beer Fest, 3 Feb, 2018. Mildly hazy golden color, bubbly head. Aroma is vegetables, sea salt, basil. Some people loved this, I can’t do it. Flavor of old tomato, acid, vinegar, oak, with a super sour finish.
It was like drinking salad dressing. Was this Unique? Yes it was. Do I like it? No. Entirely to sour for my own palate.

EBF 2018: pours gold with white head. Aroma is funk and pizza. Taste is weird with a lot of basil. Weird but strangely good.
