Poured from can thanks Airforcehops dated 11/10/17 chocolate black with a nice creamy cocoa head. Aroma is earthy chocolate light roast faint fruity yeast. Taste is cacao nibs earthy roast dark fruit. Creamy mouth feel and a nice finish. Flavors really change as it warms. 4 oz. Draft at the source. Appearance shows a pitch black liquid with slow fading tan head. Aroma is almost exclusively Cacao nibs with light charred malt. hints.
The flavor is abundant in the cacao department. Plenty of chocolate and roast, light char. Hearty and beefy character for a under 7 percent stout. Great creamy mouthfeel, dry texture. Very nicely crafted!
