Reviewed from notes.
On tap at Foam Brewers on 10/07/2017
Appearance: glossy yellow to copper color with no head and no lace
Aroma: apricot; punchy vinous and some sweet wood; super dried citrusy peel; some lemongrass
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a big white wine/white grapey quality; finishes extremely dry with some apricot sweetness
Texture: medium bodied; this is a sipper; some smoothness but huge amount of vinous harshness definitely slaying the tongue
Overall: this beer is more geared towards wine drinkers.

Draft at the source. Aroma has strong wine influence, peach skins, orange juice, and apricots. In the flavor the Chardonnay reacts with the fruit, strong tartness. Heavy Chardonnay, dry texture. Plenty of oak. To really enjoy this you really have to enjoy wine wine. Also packs a pretty solid sour punch.
