Ok, this is slightly odd. I had to look up Mugwort. They are weeds that invade people’s gardens in the summertime. This mugwort and Hawthorne B give this brew an unmistakable herbal / botanical / mild medicinal flavor to the base of the brew. The Belgian yeast is unmistakable with banana and mild candy like hints. Medium body with a sweet and herbal finish.

Butch is a master at the gruit brewing style but for me this one is a bit confusing for my palate. Very creative and unique and if you want a brew that is completely different... This will do it!
