Flute pours a sunset orange with frothy white head. Nose has orange and some muddled fruit, some yeast and grist. Flavor isn't as good, pithy, citrus, grass, yeast. Finishes a bit tannic. 6 4 6 3 11

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild grassy. Slight hops fruity. Bitter, grassy and slight fruity. Medium dry and solid hoppy finish.

500 ml bottle. The color is hazy Amber / orange with fast fading white head. Aroma is mostly German yeast, giving the traditional phenols of banana, bubble gum and a light clove.
The flavor starts with the yeast and transitions into a very mild, herbal hope profile. Body is light with a subtle chewy yeast texture. The label reads 75 IBU’s yet, the bitterness seems really restrained. I can only think of two other Brewers that have attempted a "hoppy" hefeweizen. One being Peak Organic Weiss Principle. Very different beers but having the same concept. This has a more earthy/ herbal hops rather then the pine that I found in Weiss Principle. This seems like it turned out the way the Brewer intended.
