Keg at Bullfinch Brewery, Herne Hill Saturday 3rd December 2016 whilst on a Brixton and Brockwell Park walk from the London Hidden Walks Book vol 2 Pours amber with a white head there is a slight chill haze. Not sure what the hops are but they are very perfumey, really fresh and clean. The beer is very good very easy drinking for the abv, soft carbonation, a little perfumey floral bitter bite and rub. Good. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Keg at the brewery tap room. A lightly hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is berries, pine and slightly medicinal hop, dirty pine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rustic grains, orange rind and pine wood bark. Jammy fruits. Palate is grainy, semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Little green grassy hop lingers. Little sticky hop resin. Pretty good.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some pithy citrus, ripe orange, pale malts, hints of pine. Light-medium sweet flavor with nice gooey pine, pale bread, some flinty minerals, orange rind, tangerine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Resinous on the finish with some rich pine, rindy citrus, bread, minerals, more tangerine, orange, some bitter grass. A rather good, punchy APA.

Keg at BD CJ. It pours hazed amber with a small white head. The nose is bitter - sweet, fragrant, stewed orange, kumquat, bergamot, earth and spice. The taste is crisp, bitter, toasted grass, grainy vibe, bitter orange rind, peppery spice and some soap with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. A bit too weak and spicy for my liking. Ok, but I had hoped for more.
