12 oz. Chalice at the Canal street location. Bright cloudy golden color, head died fast. Wow, this is a Simcoe BOMB! Pine, pine and resin... Simcoe for days... Flavor is... Yep, Pine. For a 5.9 % it feels bigger. The yeast and malt try to provide balance but its not balanced. It’s like chewing on a Simcoe hop pellet. Honestly its the boldest beer I had at this location today. I enjoy Simcoe so... I like this.
