Draft at the source. The appearance is a nice unfiltered dirty brown with a thin layer of head. Nose is all German yeast with the clove and bubblegum I was hoping for. The flavor is the German yeast with a nice amount of caramel malt. A very light hop adds some bitterness I pick up right after the sip. Has a slick texture. Medium in body and over all; my favorite from this trip at the brewpub.
