CTZAR is an American IPA with attitude. Its name come from the CTZ hop blend used to brew it. Columbus, Tomahawk and Zeus hops give CTZAR its citrus aroma and flavor. With an ABV 6.25%, two hops per barrel and 99 IBUs, CTZAR is the biggest beer High Cotton has to offer.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Serviceable IPA, piney with a nice citric finish, caramel sweetness playing off the resinous bitterness. The fade is weak, bitter yet fleeting, but damned if the pour isn’t a sexy beast.

Tap at High Cotton Brewing Company. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, hops and malts. Pretty clear.
