Cask @ Lady Grey's, Newcastle [050917]
Blonde, light haze, dense white head, light lacing
Aroma of citrus zest, light pale malt
Taste of soft grapefruit, citrus zest hops, pale sweet fruity pale malt
Palate - Medium light body, gets more bitter to the finish, Finish is quite dry and very bitter...get too bitter for me
Overall - Not the most quaffable of their beers as the finish is way over bitter

Lightly hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and crispy. Light malts, little dry. Bitterish floral hops with a little harsh yellow grapefruit. Trace of limey citrus underneath. Smooth bitter finish, the bitterness lingers on. Pretty drinkable.
