Bottle (three months after BBE). Pours light hazy amber with huge white head. Aroma is malt, cinnamon, cardamon, apples and caramel. Taste is very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, syrup and Christmas spices.

[ As Virklund J Julebryg ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, light spicy - yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, earthy malt, phenol, fruity malt, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Ceamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hopy aroma. Light bitter flavior. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Pours a hazy amber with a lacing, off-white head. Nose is phenolic, yeasty and spicy, quite some Xmas spices and spruce. Very Belgian but waaay too phenolic and messy. 221116
