Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours cloudy orange amber with airy off-white head. Massively acetic aroma. Sour flavour with notes of fruit and sparse malty and hoppy touches. Acetic aftertaste. Something must have gone wrong.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s an unclear, orange to brown beer with a dense, off-white head of fingerthick size. The aroma is quite spiced and sweetish, with some tropical fruits. There’s a citrusy sourness in the flavor, with caramel, toffee, tropical fruits and sweetness. Medium to full body, with a pleasant carbonation level. Some bitterness in the finish, which is mostly fruity and sweet. Not very pleasant this one. 131123

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Cloudy amber with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with a spicy hint and burned plastic phenolics. Slightly sour malty flavour with strong phenolics
