Welcome Hay Saison to our collection of unique beers. Hay Saison has a fresh and dry taste and is delicately balanced with hay in the kettles with the result of acidic notes. The taste is nuanced by the floral taste of dry hops. Hay Saison is brewed with the finest organic malt from Herslev; 25% raw oats and 75% pilsner malt.

Matured and developed for 11 months in French red wine barrels that previously aged our Hø from 2018. Can replace a good glass of white wine.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, grayish golden with a small, rough, white head. Buttery nose with an underlying tartness. Medium body, vinous, yeasty and fizzy tart and dry - quite complex. No real bitterness. 080925

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are straw, wood, citrus, grapes, hops and malt. Nice fruity finish.

Bottle at Torben Mathews tasting. Pours cloudy bright yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, grain, yeast, vinegar, cloves and nutmeg. Taste is light to medium sweet, faint bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is watery with medium carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and sour with notes of grain, lemon, star fruit, green apples, green grapes, yeast, vinegar and cloves.

Draft. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, funk, hay, malt, and wood. The flavor is acidic with notes of wood, yeast, spices, funk, and hay, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle.Clear golden colour with small head.Aroma is nice dry with taste like white wine and barrel,light oak not to,nice super dry taste and we'll balanced finish.
