Bottle @ Cafe Albert. Pours almost clear dark brown with a small brown head. Aroma of sweet malt, bread, wood, bourbon, light vanilla. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, bread, wood, bourbon, vaniilla, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet malty finish with warming alcohol. 111123

Tap @ Cafe Albert. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, coconut and hop.s nice roasty finish.

Draft pour at Dominion Wine and Beer. Poured a dark, semi-transparent brown color with a small, wipsy tan head. Aroma was big maple, bourbon. Not a lot of barrel, more molasses and maple. No alcohol burn, but you can tell it's boozy.
