Completely clear golden and peach coloured body with a light orange tint along with a thin and very fast-dying, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of fruits, grass, tart and lightly soured notes with a dash of yeast evident towards the end. Light-bodied; Relatively assertive effervescence (despite the quick-dying head) with a punch of apricot and peaches and the associated sour and tart funky notes, but the yeast strain here comes through and shows a bit of dry malt and grain at the end. Aftertaste shows some very soured and tart components with the apricot, pear and peach flavour the strongest by far. Overall, a dry, lightly herbal and grassy kick, but very flavourful, soured/tart and especially fruity beer with a good perspective, but ultimately too hard to balance effectively, given the fruit flavours here and very little else. I sampled this 50 cL tall [usual Prairie bottle] bottle purchased from [sadly, now gone] New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 10-June-2017 for US$11,99 sampled just about two and a half years later on 23-November-2019.

Some gushing from the bottle. Lightly tart and a little fruit flavor. The aroma is better with apricot.
