Our take on a classic german pilsner. Modern hops used in the boil gives a notion of fruitiness other than that, this beer was made to suit our Grandpa´s tastebuds. "...none of that fruit juice you boys call beer, i want a real beer please!"

(Bottle, Werséns, Åre, Sweden, 19 Aug 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with bread, grass and a touch of citrus. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of bread, grass, citrus, hints of peaches and a balanced grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well made pilsener. Quite nice.

Pre GBBF tasting as Chris and Ruth’s. Lightly hazy gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Dry pale malts. Tangy bitterish floralness. The finish brings a touch of apple. Meh!
