Our take on a classic german pilsner. Modern hops used in the boil gives a notion of fruitiness other than that, this beer was made to suit our Grandpa´s tastebuds. "...none of that fruit juice you boys call beer, i want a real beer please!"

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity appley nose. Fairly sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Very fruity with apples, syrup and dough. Resinous bitter finish. Lacking firmness. Not pilsenerish at all.

Sample at Systembolaget. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of herbs, "plastic" and some bread. Similar taste. A bit sour and with a lively carbonation. Drinkable but with something strange going on.
